Bloomberg (Bloomberg) -- Shares of Oncoclinicas do Brasil Servicos Medicos SA rallied after Brazil’s securities regulator ruled that US-based asset manager Centaurus Capital LP must make a tender offer for shares of the cancer-care provider. The decision, announced late on Tuesday, overturned the regulator’s technical staff and escalated a long-running dispute among some of the company’s biggest shareholders. The CVM board voted 3-0 in favor of requiring the offer, according to a filing.
