A novel energy aware resource allocation algorithm for fog nodes using clipped double deep Q-learning
In scenario 1, jobs are allotted to three fog nodes with a time-shared scheduling approach. FOG1 will get fewer reward points than other fog nodes. More tasks are allocated to FOG2 and FOG3 than FOG1 due to the proposed EACQL algorithm. FOG2 and FOG3 got more reward points whenever they were selected after satisfying the energy constraints and had the least expected completion time. This ensures faster responses and the completion of jobs at the earliest finish time.

Hybrid parking space prediction model: integrating ARIMA, Long short-term memory (LSTM), and backpropagation neural network (BPNN) for smart city development
Smart city development is incredibly improving the living standards of the people. Despite gaining popularity, it faces several challenges due to rapid urbanization and limited resources. Thus, utilizing these limited resources most efficiently becomes highly important by proposing smart systems for all possible domains, including education, healthcare, business, parking, etc.
A hybrid blockchain-based solution for secure sharing of electronic medical record data
Blockchain technology, recognized as a decentralized and secure distributed ledger system, has been significantly adopted in sectors such as finance and supply chains (Casino, Dasaklis & Patsakis, 2019; Gonczol et al., 2020; Powell et al., 2021). Its decentralized nature ensures that there is no single point of failure, making it resilient against attacks and system breakdowns, while its inherent immutability guarantees that once data is recorded, it cannot be tampered with.
