Lena E. Trudeau is the founder and CEO of Nuage Strategies When I was moving the Presidential Innovation Fellows (PIF) program from the White House to the U.S. General Services Administration back in 2013, one of the big challenges facing us was a checklist-style security assessment that — by design — happened quite late in the process.
