Why did you become a journalist?

Inspired by Walter Cronkite after JFK was assassinated. I was 11.

yes. Was reporter and opinion editor.

Anytime.

to an editor in the Boston Globe newsroom on the spot, unrehearsed about an itinerant rabbi teaching spirituality across New England.

What's the worst pitch you ever got?

I wouldn't know. I ignore so many.

What's your favorite drink?

Depends. A nice vodka. A craft beer, red wine.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Walking dog, running errands, listening to podcasts, cooking.
