Proposed Scheme In this study, Table 1 lists the definitions of fifteen baseline clinical variables, including independent variables such as sex, age, BMI, duration of diabetes, smoking, alcohol drinking, HgbA1c, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatinine, SBP, DBP, and microalbuminuria.
