Introduction Blastic plasmacytoid dendritic cell neoplasm (BPDCN) is a rare and aggressive hematological malignancy that primarily involves the skin, bone marrow (BM), and lymph nodes. With an estimated annual incidence of less than 1 per million, BPDCN predominantly affects elderly males and is associated with a dismal prognosis, with median survival ranging from 12 to 16 months despite intensive treatment regimens (1).
