Abstract Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma (ENKTL) and primary Epstein–Barr virus (EBV)-positive nodal T/NK-cell lymphoma (nodal-TNKL) are aggressive lymphomas with overlapping clinicopathologic features but distinct underlying biology.
