Have you ever used a typewriter?
My dad had one he'd let me play with. It was my first taste of the satisfying click of the keys as the words flow from my brain to the page.
How is social media changing news?
By allowing everyone to be a journalist, sharing information and news at speeds never seen before.
What does it mean to be a journalist?
To tell other people's stories in a meaningful and informative way.
Why did you become a journalist?
Because I loved writing and sharing pieces of people's stories that deserve to be shared.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Look for the story in everyone and never stop asking questions.

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Outside walking or running, water skiing or wake boarding, reading a book, or playing with my kiddos.
