(CNN) - Researchers from the University of California-San Francisco have mapped out the ways certain genetic mutations associated with autism can rewire the brain and lead to the condition. The researchers used artificial intelligence and data on tiny brains grown in a lab to generate the new map. Researchers involved in the study hope the molecular map can eventually lead to more targeted therapies for autism.

The Netflix series follows the Mica Francis Miller case. Throughout the three episodes, Mica’s family members and friends allege her estranged husband and former Solid Rock Church pastor John Miller stalked and abused her before her death. Mica’s death in 2024 was ruled a suicide.

SELDOVIA, Alaska (KTUU/Gray News) - Four adults died after a small plane crashed into Seldovia Slough Wednesday afternoon, Alaska State Troopers said. Troopers were notified of the crash at 1:18 p.m. The agency sent a helicopter crew from Anchorage and sent troopers by boat from Anchor Point to reach the scene. Troopers said the aircraft, a Piper PA-24, went down in the water and sank completely while en route to Seldovia from Merrill Field Airport in Anchorage.
