1. Introduction In recent years, the rapid growth in the installed capacity of renewable energy has significantly exacerbated the challenges of peak shaving for power grids [1]. Load-side peak shaving is an effective supplementary measure to alleviate power supply–demand imbalance and facilitate the integration of green electricity. However, load-side adjustable resources consist of a large number of distributed adjustable loads.

1. Introduction Constructing a new power system under the premise of ensuring energy and power supply has become an important measure to implement the “dual-carbon” goal. With the development of informationization and intelligence of the new power system, situational awareness of the new power system with a high proportion of new energy can help power dispatchers to obtain real-time operation information in a timely manner, so as to quickly discover potential problems.
