Eleven students from Kenya are getting a window on the Canadian business world at Camosun College this fall, as part of a training program that focuses on entrepreneurship and leadership. The Resilient Leadership Program, part of the BCDI 2030 program (Canadian International Development Scholarships), has seen this fall semester’s intake of 11 students — nine women and two men — take part in four courses focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, operations management and sustainability.
