In the originally published version of this article, there was an error in Figure S3. The sequence in the figure was incorrect due to a copying error in the GenBank file that resulted in a 42 base pair/14 amino acid insertion into the open reading frame of CcdB. This error has since been fixed, and the correct Figure S3 now appears online with the article.
