Photo by Lisa Kava By Lisa Kava and Natalie Demaree Air Cafe, a new French-American-inspired restaurant, is opening in fall 2026 in the Hotel des Artistes building at 1 West 67th Street (between Columbus Avenue and Central Park West), managing partner Max Katzenberg said during a Community Board 7 meeting on June 10th.

Photos by Lisa Kava By Lisa Kava Boucherie, a French restaurant group, is planning to open an Upper West Side location at 444 and 446 Columbus Avenue (between West 81st and West 82nd streets), Donald Bernstein, attorney for Boucherie, confirmed to West Side Rag. Signage is in the window and a liquor license application has been filed with Community Board 7.

It sold plants that came in special pots with built in reservoirs that only needed to be filled with water once a month. The reservoirs were self regulated, and the plants lived on average “six times longer than regular plants,” the website stated.
