With four distinct generations – Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z – each entering and progressing in the field of insurance claims with vastly different experiences and knowledge, it’s crucial to find ways to bridge this gap to cultivate a productive and collaborative workplace for all.

Ukrainian forces have reclaimed large parts of territory in a two-pronged offensive in the south and east of the country. The Armed Forces should have women making up 30% of its entry level recruitment by 2030, a campaign to improve gender balance in defence has pledged. The Women in Defence Charter launched a new strategy at the DSEI exhibition in London to have 30% employment of women in the forces and defence industry by 2030. But because the forces cannot recruit at different seniorities, their target is being set for entry level only. Morag Stuart, of the Ministry of Defence, said: "Today it's 12% female entry.
