Hysteroscopy is the diagnostic gold standard but is invasive and less accessible in some clinical settings. Three-dimensional transvaginal ultrasonography (3D-TVUS) offers a non-invasive alternative; however, its diagnostic accuracy for IUA remains uncertain.
