Probably more accurate to call the problem a "role gap" than a true "pay gap." Senior, client-facing employees make more $, and fewer of those are women at Goldman and other big banks

It's easy to dismiss this kind of thing. But worth noting that David Solomon has been beating this drum for a while now. And the investment-banking division, which he ran until 2016, has a good number of women in pretty senior and up & coming seats
