Windbreak/Living Snow Fence – This cost share is designed to help tax payers establish windbreaks on their properties for conservation purposes. Cement Ditch Repair- Designed to repair cement ditches that are leaking water and not able to properly function. A lot of times cracked, and broken-down ditches leak a lot of irrigation water from the ditch.

4th Annual Community BBQ West Greeley Conservation District hosted their 4th Annual Community BBQ on August 13th. The BBQ is intended to bring together district members and community members for an evening of fun and education.

West Greeley Conservation District 72nd Annual Meeting WGCD is delighted to host our 72nd Annual Meeting for our constituents on November 4, 2021, at the Double Tree Hotel. We will be acknowledging our accomplishments from 2021 and plans for the upcoming 2022 year. This year our meeting will be on the heels of our Northeastern Colorado Progressive Ag Symposium. Guest speaker for the evening is Jimmy Emmons. Emmons is an Oklahoma farmer/rancher and well-known speaker in the Soil Health Community.
