Ah Quebec, the land where cheese just tastes better. Whether it's perfectly squeaky cheese curds on poutine or some Monsieur Emile that just delicately melts in your mouth, there is something special about Quebec cheese. And that's just a Canadian fact. Similar to many Canadians, I have been to Quebec a number of times. First as a teenager on a family trip, where we did all the classic touristy things in Montreal and Quebec City — like visit churches, landmarks, museums, etc.

Hi friends, I’m Liza! And if there are two things you should know about me, it’s that I LOVE to travel and I also have two small children. I try very hard not to let the second thing interfere with the first but if you’re a parent, you already know that traveling with kids can be…a character-building experience. And that's putting it lightly. More often than not, you feel like you need a vacation AFTER the family vacation. But, it’s all worth it for the special family memories? Right?
