For years, nearly everyone in and around Evansville has talked about what a finished Interstate 69 corridor would mean for their daily lives. A smoother drive to work. Safer routes for school buses and first responders. Better access for business owners that keep our economy moving. The Ohio River Crossing has always been more than a bridge. It is the missing link that will open new doors for jobs and investment across the region. Last month, we saw encouraging progress on that long-held goal.
