I worked for the wire services in high school and college. After college, The Post-Register for a summer in Idaho Fallls.
Why did you become a journalist?
Because I think journalism matters. I like the idea of being a voice for people who don't have one and helping people understand each other.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
All sorts of thing, culminating in editor-in-chief.
