Air-Fried Bang Bang Salmon
A keeper! Great flavors Easy to follow First time I made it, it came out a little dry. This time I adjusted the cooking time down to 8 minutes and it came out perfect. Served with rice and steamed green beans, it is the perfect Catholic boy Friday night dinner. Next time I'm going to add a pinch of cayenne to the Bang Bang sauce to kick it up a little bit. Great recipe, Nicole!
Peach Bellini
I served these with Easter dinner this year and they were a hit! I had to use frozen sliced peaches (thawed) and pureed. Some guests added a small amount of sugar to theirs, due to the frozen peaches not being very sweet, but I thought they were great just as they were! Thanks for this easy, tasty recipe!
Yaki Mandu (Korean Dumplings)
Yaki Mandu (Korean Dumplings) Mandu are Korean dumplings that can be steamed or fried. Yaki means fried. These dumplings have a beef, cabbage, and garlic filling and are served with a dipping sauce. They're great for parties. There's a lot of prep in making these, but as quick as you can fry them they'll be gone! Submitted by Ivy Yapelli Updated on May 6, 2026
Chinese Tea Eggs
Chinese Tea Eggs These tea eggs are one of my favorite dishes and traditional lucky food to make for the Lunar New Year. The hard-boiled eggs are subtly flavored with anise and have a deep brown hue from black tea and soy. The marbled patterns from the cracked shells make these quite attractive. Recipe courtesy of Mom. Egg White Breakfast Casserole
Great recipe! We really enjoyed this! It was easy to make, and tasted great! I halved the recipe (used about 10 egg whites), and baked it in an 8x8" pan. It did need to bake longer than the listed time, but that could have been due to the smaller pan making the egg layer thicker than intended. I did find it to be just a bit too salty, so I would not use the added salt in the eggs next time. I used 2 sliced Roma tomatoes for the top, and that worked great.

French Toast Sticks
8.5.20 First, I wouldn’t change a thing in this recipe, that’s how good it is. The powdered sugar was an interesting addition to the egg batter…it worked! I had a few pieces of brioche bread left, so I think that made these french toast sticks even better. They browned up beautifully just with the butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray, no butter needed. Served with sugar-free syrup, but the recipe submitter is right, you really don’t need it, and I most likely won’t use it in the future.
Old-Fashioned Carrot Pudding
This was good, but for me, waaaaay too sweet. I didn't think it would be, but I think the sauce is what did it. However, this was very easy to make and is a lovely addition to Thanksgiving--definitely a dessert dish, though. Thanks for the recipe!
Easy Mashed Potato Casserole
Great flavors Crowd-pleaser This was a hit with my guests, and the possibility of preparing it beforehand helps a lot as well. The directions were spot on and it came out beautifully. The sour cream adds such an awesome tanginess to the dish. The texture was also perfectly rich and creamy.

Cherry Mash Candy
Crowd-pleaser Easy to follow This year I wanted to have a nice platter of candies and cakes for my Christmas themed dinner party and this recipe was a great addition to it. Not many people know about it so it brings a sense of wonder as well. As for the actual baking process, the ratios and the directions were perfect, the candy came out beautifully. It ended up being a crowd-pleaser, most people came back for seconds.

5-Ingredient Breakfast Hand Pies
Crowd-pleaser Easy to follow This was such an awesome recipe to bring to the game day at my friend’s place. These hand pies were gone in a matter of minutes, a crowd pleaser for sure. And they were surprisingly easy to make as well. I basically followed the directions and the hand pies just came out beautifully. Next time I’ll make a few batches as almost everyone came back for seconds.
Key Lime Pie Salad
This was really easy to put together. I didn't have lime zest and used Key Lime juice from the bottle. My husband ate his portion and stated, "that was actually not bad". He doesn't like marshmallows, but managed to finish his portion. He'll definitely eat more of this. I didn't care for it though, as I thought the marshmallows were an odd texture and the jello added a fake chemical taste to this, along with that Cool Whip. I went into this expecting a deconstructed Key Lime Pie and it was not.
Chopped Greek Chicken Sandwich
It’s easy to make fun of the chopped sandwich trend, until you make one for yourself, and realize what a great idea it actually is. No one is saying that eating a non-chopped sandwich isn’t enjoyable, but there is just something a little more special about this particular format. Maybe it’s all that extra surface area, since as I’ve said many times before, surface area equals flavor.
