Results To better characterize the overall effect of OCRE on circulating immune cells, a 38-parameter panel was designed for mass cytometry analyses (CyTOF) to cover the immune cell diversity including B, T, NK, and other innate immune cell markers as well as CNS migratory markers. Because of the high number of parameters to be acquired and to circumvent any experimentator-dependent gating strategy, we followed an unsupervised clustering approach (Figure 1, A and B) using FlowSOM.
