Social media has had a positive and negative impact- news can be more widespread, but increases the spread of misinformation.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To be a journalist is to share unbiased, honest news for the public to gather information and form their own opinions.

Why did you become a journalist?

I became a journalist as I myself was heavily invested in keeping myself informed, and wanted to contribute to the circulation factual news.

Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?

My favourite publication is the Guardian as their news stories are fully exhaustive and unbiased.
