Lucy is the founder and CEO of Marcus Venture Consulting, Ltd, which works with venture capital and private equity funds, institutions and corporations to build strong funding businesses. She is also Professor of Leadership and Governance at IE Business School focusing on corporate governance, ethics and leadership.
