1. Introduction Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) often have difficulties with daily living activities that require body coordination, although motor difficulties are not diagnostic features of this neurodevelopmental disorder [1]. Motor deficits can be found across different motor areas in children with ADHD; however, atypical fine motor control is often reported as a more stable trait [2].

1 INTRODUCTION Behavioral inhibition and working memory (WM) are considered primary executive functions, which underpin the core features of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), such as inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity (Baddeley, 2007; Tarle et al., 2019). According to the factor model of executive functioning, inattention and inhibition in a continuous performance task and WM are three dimensions of the executive functioning (Barkley et al., 2001).

Abstract : This study aims to investigate sex-related differences in raw item scores on the Movement Assessment Battery for Children, 2nd Edition (MABC-2) in a large data set collected in different regions across the world, seeking to unravel whether there is an interaction effect between sex and the origin of the sample (European versus African).
