IVIG is utilized in the treatment of various medical conditions including primary immunodeficiencies and autoimmune disorders. Anaphylaxis is rare and can be seen in IgA-deficient patients, although reactions rates and associated risks are poorly understood. We aim to characterize IVIG reaction severity and associated clinical factors in this cohort.
