Does anybody recommend a specific brand & product when it comes to purchasing LVP for a rental property? Based on my research I'm hearing you need something 5-mm or greater for the thickness of the plank 12 mils or greater for the thickness of the wear layer any thoughts or recommendations? I've also read that you should put down floor underlayment regardless of the type of plank you buy, is that also true?

Good morning, with the recent change in market and economy, Wondering how people's experience has been lately with Section 8 vs student housing. Specifically in Troy, NY market. anyone having issues with funding for section 8 and assistance programs given the current economy? IF you had the choice to go one way or the other, what would seem to be more reliable? these are nontraditional community college students.
