Parotidectomy is the primary treatment for parotid tumours, with techniques varying based on factors such as tumour grade, location and invasion [1, 2]. Total parotidectomy (TP) is often indicated for malignant/large tumours, whilst superficial parotidectomy (SP) is used for superficial lobe tumours.
