1. Introduction A consequence of the overuse and incorrect use of antibiotics and chemotherapeutic agents is the rapid spread of drug-resistant bacteria. This situation is a global problem that affects bacteria both in the community and in the hospital environment. This phenomenon is one of the most serious problems in modern medicine. The search for and synthesis of new compounds that act on bacteria is an urgent necessity in modern science.
