Equity in Aesthetics Isn’t Optional-It’s the Path to Better Care
Aesthetics is a unique blend of science, creativity and identity. It is where medicine meets the deeply personal journey of how we choose to show up in the world. Historically, the field has reflected only a narrow definition of beauty–one that centers lighter skin tones and Eurocentric features, leaving many feeling unseen or excluded.
Inside Shot Bar: Where Science Meets Skin Rejuvenation with Exosomes
As the owner of medical spa Shot Bar and healthcare practitioner, I make it my priority to stay on top of “what’s hot” in aesthetics because I want to ensure safe practices while making sure the treatments I offer at Shot Bar Medspa, located in Chicago, are effective. Evidence-based practice guides me in everything I do, and I do not make decisions based on trends alone.
Gen Z, Preventive Care and the Evolution of the Aesthetics Industry
The aesthetics industry has always been long sought after for anti-aging procedures and treatments that reverse or delay signs of aging due to hormones, weight loss and the natural process of aging that all of our bodies experience. Why This Colombian Superfruit is a Skin Care All Star

Disable split screen view mode
July 5, 2024, 8:19pm 1 I’d like to be able to disable the split screen option so that dragging a tab doesn’t move things into split screen mode, just opens a new Figma window like it used to. Alternately, dragging the tab far enough away from the bar should imply a new window, while leaving plenty of space closer to the top available for split screen. It’s disorienting every time I think I’ve dragged it to a new window and the file still opens in split screen.
