A&O Shearman Reports Flat Revenue in Second Post-Merger Year Original

A&O Shearman posted $3.7 billion (£2.8 billion) in revenue for fiscal 2026, similar to its reported figures for the previous year. The financial report showed a pre-tax profit of $1.6 billion (£1.2 billion) in the year ended April 30, up 14%. Profit per equity partner was $2.9 million (£2.2 million), A&O Shearman said in a statement. Both figures are up in comparison to the previous year, which was the firm’s first after the merger that created it.
