2010 - Short Story Writing

"A Sea of Words" is a literary contest for young people in the Euro-Mediterranean area, organized by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) and the Anna Lindh Foundation. The contest encourages young people between 18 and 30 years old to share their perspectives and experiences through short stories, focusing on various themes like gender equality, sustainable development, and climate change. Mahmoud Mansi was on of the 20 selected winners in 2010 for his short story "The Island", and was awarded during the award ceremony held in Spain in December 2010.
