Maliba Arnold Nyajayi is a Youth Resource person and a Public Policy Analyst, with a background in Leadership and Management.
He has vast experience and competencies acquired from both private and public sector. He has worked as a journalist; has served as member of the National Youth Council (NYC) – a statutory agency that deals in policy, research and advocacy on all youth issues in Kenya; has been the Chairperson of the TNA Party Youth League and a parliamentary aid. Arnold has also worked for Emerging Leaders Foundation (ELF), a non-governmental organization as the Manager in charge of Strategic Partnerships and Policy Dialogues and Programs and Training at different times.
He currently runs the Open Future Hub Africa (OFH), a futures incubation hub that concerns itself with the ideas for life and livelihoods. A platform that works to bring to bear the dividends of an Open Future inspired world with Open Markets, Open Government, Open Society, Open Ideas and Open progress (Technology and Innovation) as its key focus areas.
He writes opinion pieces on policy and politics and also features frequently on television to do analysis on public policy and politics.
