Abstract Recently, a conservative chaotic system with dissipative terms has been proposed, providing a new perspective on the generation mechanism of conservative chaos. However, the dynamic behavior, circuit implementation, and practical application potential of this system still require further investigation. Therefore, this paper delves into the dynamic characteristics of this system, completes its physical implementation, and designs a novel encryption algorithm.
