As we covered back in April, Reading-based decision intelligence software provider ActiveOps has delivered a strong FY26 (to 31st March), with revenue up 48% to £45.0m and ARR up 46% to £41.5m. Strip out the £5.9m ARR contribution from last June's acquisition of Enlighten and organic ARR growth of 25% still represents significant growth, underpinned by net revenue retention jumping from 106% to 119%.

Conduent has agreed to sell its tolling business to Toronto-listed Quarterhill for $70m in cash plus a 7% equity stake, marking the second disposal from its Transportation division in as many months following May's Public Transit sale agreement (Conduent sells transit unit for $164m in latest rationalisation).
