Times Gone Past 04/18/23 25 Years Ago (1998) The Strand Theater was showing “Titanic” starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate, Winslet, and Kathy Bates, and Billy Zane. It also opened on Friday for an extra showing. Former Weskan residents, Howard & Doris Swartz, were celebrating their upcoming 50th wedding anniversary with an open house at the Senior Center in Augusta, Kansas.
