Background: The calcium deposition in degenerated soft tissues in the absence of a systemic mineral imbalance is called dystrophic calcification. Soft tissue dystrophic calcification has been reported in different parts of the body as oral cavity and anterior abdominal wall. Breast dystrophic calcifications are usually seen as macrocalcifications with relatively smooth margins, generally considered benign and occur in evolving mammary fat necrosis due to trauma ,surgery or radiotherapy.

Background: Cylidroma is a benign neoplasm of the skin appendage, more often occurs on the scalp .They may be encountered in salivary glands, lungs and kidney,where cylindroma of the breast is an extremely rare entity.
