Nato a Taranto, aveva studiato a Bari e a Londra ed era entrato alla Commissione a trent’anni. Nel 2018 l’incarico più importante: direttore generale della Dg Clima per la preparazione del green deal europeo Un senso di sgomento e di smarrimento ci ha colpiti, all’improvviso, la sera del 22 agosto 2022 quando ci è giunta la terribile notizia che Mauro Petriccione, uno dei direttori generali più preparati ed esperti della Commissione Europea, ci aveva lasciato.
Più cooperazione per la finanza sostenibile
Attraverso l’adozione dell’Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite per lo sviluppo sostenibile e l’adesione all’accordo di Parigi sui cambiamenti climatici, l’Unione europea ha ribadito il suo impegno, già inscritto nei trattati Ue (ad esempio, nell’articolo 3, paragrafo 3, del trattato sull’Unione europea), a favore della sostenibilità e la transizione verso un’economia sostenibile a basse emissioni di gas a effetto serra.

For the past 12 years, NBA.com has conducted a league-wide survey of various basketball categories completed by all 30 NBA general managers. In this year's 13th annual survey, the San Antonio Spurs were a 46.2 percent favorite to repeat as NBA champions. R.C. Buford, the Spurs' general manager, was not allowed to vote for his own team or players per the rules of the survey. Last season, the Miami Heat were the favorites to win it all at 75.9 percent.
