We report a magnetic nanostructures stabilized lipid nanocapsules (MLNCs) that show superior structural stability and theranostic properties than conventional lipid based nanocarriers. As a therapeutic nanocarriers, MLNCs exhibit 16 times higher therapeutic efficacy than free drugs due to their high payload capacity and actuated drug release ability.
