MBA qualified media worker with more than 40 years experience, mainly with the wire services, metropolitan & community newspapers and politicians from both sides of the House.
Currently in Paris, France doing my masters in photography (French equivalent)
Currently specialising in the three E's - Energy, Environment & Economics with a focus on acting locally, nationally and globally.
Editors, journalists and news producers are invited to contact me for news tips and interviews with qualified specialists and those harmed by the fracking gas industry and with economists with a more credible track record of forecasting the 'energy crisis' than politicians and the gas industry.
2017 roles include:
Continued role managing media for the coal seam gas and fracking issue in Australia. I became involved in this campaign early in 2013 when I discovered that my home was downstream from a proposed large gas field in NSW, Australia. I quickly recognised the spin and PR techniques being used by the gas industry and some politicians, and joined the community grassroots campaign. This role involved MSM & social media placement across the issues of human & animal health & well being, environment (land, water and air), politics and economics. In 2016, the gas company withdrew from their plans for fracking at Gloucester.
My Twitter account has been #1 in Australia a few times and is currently scoring well over half a million 'impressions' per month. My other social media activities bring depth and breadth to the campaign. I try to link to a MSM or website article, so if you have these, please contact me. My goal is to leverage this exposure into real world, political and social change.
