I founded "The Voice of Job Seekers" in 2011.

I write investigative job search and career articles with a practitioner's heart. I write a lot, speak a lot, and talk a lot. My award-winning blog and podcast are rich sources of information for anyone exploring the job market. I am constantly hacking and reimagining the modern job search.

In May 2024, I took a proactive step to protect job seekers by creating 'The Job Scam Report' on Substack. This initiative aims to equip individuals with the knowledge and tools to resist the lure of job scammers masquerading as employers, recruiters, and hiring managers.

I've written job search, career, workplace, and recruiting articles for Lensa since 2021.
