Teachers spend hours we don’t see preparing to teach, much like an athlete spends hours training to play. The difference is that athletes are paid to train; teachers often aren’t. The promise of AI is that it can solve this exact problem where what once took days can take hours, and what once took hours can take minutes. If we can use AI to give teachers their time back, they can spend more of it on the human stuff: explaining, modelling language, listening to students, and building confidence.

Things used in this project × 1 × 1 I've wanted my own set of Bass Midi Pedals after seeing a bass player in a band augmenting his bass lines using a MOOG taurus a few years ago, Then one day I saw an old organ discarded on the side of the street and realised I could probably make my own from this old unwanted instrument, I took it home and stripped it for parts to be used in future projects.

Things used in this project × 1 momentary switch note on buttons × 8 latching button chrome 12mm spst on/off switch × 1 midi din connector output to external controller × 1 × 1 × 1 × 1 router for cutting rear pocket in instrument measuring caliper for setting equidistant points for buttons.
