Hi everyone, I've been on the biggerpockets scene for a little over a year now and i've loved every minute of it. The amount of information on here is invaluable! However, the best part is meeting people in person. I've attended a few meet ups in the Bergen/Passaic County. I am curious if there are any meetups that are regularly occurring in the Jersey City/Hoboken area. I've seen quite a few investors on various posts that are from the hudson county area.

Below is a brief walk through of my journey in purchasing my second single family rental in Memphis, TN. Although, I’m sure I still made some mistakes, I think I learned from those mistakes and improved my overall process.
