1 Introduction Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory disease manifesting in painful swollen nodules, abscesses and malodorous draining tunnels with a predisposition for flexural areas of the skin [1]. The disease is relatively heterogeneous with this heterogeneity influencing clinical response to therapy [1-4]. Biologic therapies are the mainstay of therapy with three agents FDA approved for the management of moderate to severe HS across international published guidelines [2-4].
