Sensitivity of the epidemic peak and final outbreak size to parametric variance at different temperatures Figs 3 and 4 show the sensitivity of the peak and final epidemic size to each parameter at 30°C. Both QOIs show very similar patterns with the mosquito biting rate having the largest influence on both QOIs; 50–60% of variance in the QOIs is explained the variance in the biting rate and the interaction between biting rate and other parameters.
