Morgan Advisors manager Ricardo S. Penafiel to oversee a newly created South Florida market, according to an announcement on Thursday. Penafiel, who had spent almost all of his 30-year career at J.P. Morgan and its Bear, Stearns predecessor, will join UBS after a notice period, according to the announcement.
