SUNBURY, Ohio (WCMH) – Eighteen holes of golf in Monday’s weather was hard enough. Now imagine it’s 76 holes, but it’s all for a great cause. Greg Murray is taking part in what he calls the Longest Day of Golf, a fundraising effort for the Central Ohio Alzheimer’s Association. Along with generous sponsors and some golfers like former Blue Jackets players Jean Luc Grand Pierre and Jack Johnson and NBC4’s Matt Barnes, this is the second year Murray’s hosted the event at Rattlesnake Ridge.

But after hearing her new album’s first single One Stop I finally committed, headed to the Beacon and joined a devoted crowd. It was all Kiwi‑no filler from the start, with fellow New Zealanders and label‑mates Vera Ellen opening the night. They were a revelation. The songwriting, the passion, the performance were all delivered with confidence wrapped up in a bundle of alternative indie pop rock.

DUBLIN, Ohio (WCMH) —  Wednesday is always a special day at Muirfield Village Golf Club during Memorial Tournament week because it gets to the heart of why the tournament matters so much – to help raise money and awareness for Nationwide Children’s Hospital. That includes giving ten amazing kids, affectionally called Golden Cubs, who have been treated at Nationwide Children’s Hospital the day of a lifetime at the Memorial, including Galena’s Will Nirote.
