HARTFORD, Conn. — This weekend Connecticut is in for a “treat” in the forecast because the “trick” comes on Halloween. This weekend's temperature is expected to be in the near-high 80s on Saturday before a system brings some rain on Sunday. However, the gates will open for cold air from Canada, dropping those weekend highs to some low 50s on Monday and Tuesday. While the ghouls, goblins, and probably some Taylor Swifts and Barbies, are out and about on Tuesday, it will be breezy.
