AUSTIN, Texas — The San Antonio Spurs weren't given the choice of who they'd face for any of the three games they plan to play at Austin's Moody Center this season. With all eyes set to be on Texas' capital in late October, however, the NBA played along. Between Formula 1's United States Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas on Oct. 25 and Texas Longhorns football hosting the Ole Miss Rebels at DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium on Oct.

Have you ever used a typewriter?

No, I haven't ever had the chance to type on it, but I've thought about how tedious writing articles on one would be for sure.

How is social media changing news?

Social media is playing a larger role than ever. It provides accessibility, yes, but also makes it hard to discern real news from fake news.

Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?

Sort of. I began my journalism career by taking the yearbook route at Round Rock High School, where I served as the Editor-in-Chief.
