Thursday will feature mostly clear skies and temperatures in the upper 90s. It’ll feel as hot as 104 thanks to increasing humidity.

A seasonable overnight, with lows in the upper 60s and lower 70s under partly cloudy skies, will give way to afternoon highs in the middle 90s on Wednesday for the first day of July. And that’s just the beginning. The forecast high for Thursday is 100 degrees — the actual air temperature, not the heat index.
